Emmy Awards 2021: tutte le nomination, svettano The Crown, The Mandalorian, The Handmaid’s Tale e Ted Lasso, testa a testa HBO e Netflix per le candidature

Annunciate le nomination degli Emmy di quest’anno! La 73esima cerimonia degli Oscar della TV avrà luogo il 19 settembre, presentata da Cedric the Entertainer di The Neighborhood, mentre sono state appena annunciate le scelte della Academy of Television Arts & Sciences da Ron Cephas Jones di This Is Us e la figlia Jasmine Cephas Jones.

Le serie tv con più nomination sono The Crown di Netflix e The Mandalorian di Disney+ e Lucasfilm, con 24 nomination ciascuna, seguite da The Handmaid’s Tale di Hulu con 21 e Ted Lasso con 20.
Il network HBO porta a casa un totale di 130 candidature, seguito a ruota da Netflix con 129, “soltanto” 71 invece per Disney+.

The Crown e The Mandalorian si contendono lo scettro di miglior serie drammatica, insidiate da Bridgerton, The Boys, Pose e Il racconto dell’ancella.

Courteney Cox conquista la sua prima candidatura agli Emmy per Friends: The Reunion, seppur come produttrice e diciassette anni dopo la fine dello show.
